De Who is the Sky?-tour loopt van 2025 tot 2026, waarbij de data in 2025 voornamelijk gericht zijn op de Verenigde Staten. In 2026 toert Byrne door Australazië, Europa en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Dit zijn zijn eerste optredens in Australazië en Europa sinds de American Utopia Tour in 2018.
De tour bestaat uit 13 muzikanten, zangers en dansers, van wie sommigen eerder optraden tijdens de American Utopia Tour, en heeft als doel een show te brengen die “beeldende kunst, verhalen en muziek combineert tot één meeslepende live-performance”.

The Who is the Sky?-tour spans 2025 and 2026, with the 2025 dates primarily focused on the United States. In 2026, Byrne tours Australasia, Europe, and the United Kingdom. This marks his first performances in Australasia and Europe since the American Utopia Tour in 2018.
